Delivery & Returns
1. DELIVERY COST
We provide FREE delivery on any order over R800. This delivery will be via a courier if you live in a central area. However, if you live on a farm or in an area that our courier does not service, we will send your order via the post office. You will be notified via e-mail prior to dispatch if this is the case.
If you spend less than R800, there is an R90 charge for delivery. This delivery will be via a courier if you live in a central area. However, if you live on a farm or in an area that our courier does not service, we will send your order via the post office. You will be notified via e-mail prior to dispatch if this is the case.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you accordingly.
An email confirmation with your tracking details and an approximate time-frame will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your order directly with the delivery service provider, however we are happy to track it for you if you wish.
Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you if need be.
Please note: We require your physical daytime address for courier deliveries.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you want to exchange or return it, simply contact us within 7 working days and we will help you with the process.
Please note the following:
- Refunds and exchanges will only be processed provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Consumable products must be unopened.
- For hygiene reasons, panties are not returnable. Please refer to our sizing guide before purchasing.
- Any item that has been personalised with an embroidery is not refundable.
- Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made and only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once the refund has been processed, any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days.
- If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately. It will be exchanged at our expense.
- All other returns and exchanges are at your own expense. You are welcome to send returns via the post office provided you supply us with a tracking reference. If you prefer the convenience of a courier, we can arrange that and provide a quote.
- The item/s remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
